Ingredients

2LBS Grass Fed Ground Beef
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
6-8 Cubes Feta Cheese
12-16 Slices Nitrate Free Bacon
1-2 ozs Barbecue Sauce

These will be the best meatballs you’ve ever eaten! From the crunchy bacon outside to the awesome feta cheese middle. The first time making these can be a little time consuming, but once you do it once the next few times goes on autopilot. Our kids also love these!

Mix Ground Beef & Spices

In a large bowl mix 2 pounds of grass fed ground beef, 1 tbsp Garlic Powder, 1 tbsp Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper, and a couple Tbsp Almond Flour.

Form Meat Ball Mix Into 6-8 Balls

Next you want to form 6-8 balls and place on a cooking sheet.

Add A Cube Of Feta Cheese to the center of the meat ball

Press a finger size hole in the the meat ball, Cut a small cube of feta cheese, then place the piece of feta cheese, and then cover cover the cheese in the meat ball completely.

Wrap Each Meatball In Two Pieces of Bacon

Place bacon in an X pattern. Then place the feta stuffed meat ball in the center of the X. Fold the end of the bacon over the top of the meat ball covering the entire outside.

Place In Over on 375 for 20 mins

preheat oven to 375 degrees and slide the meat balls in the oven on a stone or medal cooking plate.

Remove from oven and baste in Organic Gluten Free BBQ Sauce

Remove the entire stone or medal cooking plate from the oven with your meatballs. Use a basting brush and cover your bacon covered meat balls with Annies Organic Gluten Free Barbecue Sauce and place back in the oven for 10-15 minutes

Put BBQ Sauce Covered Bacon Bomb Meat Balls back in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Remove, Cut, Serve...

Once you remove the meat balls from the oven, cut them in half and serve.
