Who doesn’t have fond memories growing up and eating fish sticks as a kid? Well, these paleo fish sticks will bring back all the memories all over again! This paleo fish sticks recipe will sure to please any growing family and our boys love them too! This recipe has been a constant request since we started doing them a year ago. They are gluten free, grain free, and paleo to the T.
Luckily we live close to a great fish market so we can get fresh fish to add to this recipe which really makes this even better.

Cut Cod into stripsDepending on how much cod and the thickness, you will want to lay your fish down and cut strips. You can do this across the width of the fish or head to tail. It depends on the portion size you want to create. |

Crack 4 eggs into a seperate bowltake 4 farm raised, oragnic eggs and crack them into a seperate bowl from your outer mix. |

Bath your cod strips in your egg mixroll your cod fish strips in the egg wash bowl, completely covering them one at a time. |

Roll Egg Covered Fish Strip In Almond Flour MixTake your egg covered fish stick and roll it around in your tasty almond flour mix completely covering your fish stick. |

Place on your cooking sheet covered cooking panyou will want to evenly separate your coated paleo fish sticks on a cooking sheet covered baking pan before you place them in the oven. |

Slide in Oven and let the awesome aroma fill the air!You will want to make sure your oven has preheated to 350°F. And, let them cook for 20-25 mins. The outside should be brown and crispy. You can check the internal tempature to make sure it is at least 145°F. |
