1 Jar (26oz) Organic Pasta Sauce
Directions
Yes, there is such a thing as a spaghetti squash! Yes, it is a pretty awesome alternative to use for spaghetti! And, yes there is such a thing as Paleo Spaghetti.
This is a super simple and pretty quick dish to cook. The most time-consuming thing might be cooking the ground beef, or gutting the spaghetti squash.
I’ll be adding more pictures later. But, I wanted to go ahead get this one out there for you to check out. I promise this will be one of your busy mom adds. Say hello to Paleo Spaghetti. And, our kids like it too!

Preheat Oven to 400 F |

Prepare The Spaghetti Squash |

Place the spaghetti squash on a large cooking trayYou will first put a small amount of water in the bottom of the glass tray. Then you will place the spaghetti squash face down in the tray. |

Use a fork to poke holes in the top of the spaghetti squash |

Put Spaghetti Squash in the oven for 25-30 minutes |

Prepare Ground Beef |

Cook Ground Beefput your mixed ground beef in a skillet and cook on medium heat until thoroughly cooked. |
