Ingredients

2 lbs Grass Fed Ground Beef
2-26 oz Jars Organic Non GMO Marinara Sauce
2-15 oz Cans Aduki Beans
5 Cloves Chopped Garlic
1 Medium Sized Red Onion
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 tbsp Cumin
1/2 tbsp Himalayan Salt
1 tsp Pepper
15 ozs Canned Diced Tomatoes

Nothing warms your heart and soul like a good, warm, wholesome bowl of chili! And, not to mention it  tastes so so good! And yes , this recipe has aduki beans in it. We know the debate on certain beans is out there. Aduki Beans are the easiest on digestion and the least gas forming.  But, to be honest I don’t know where these lye exactly. But, they do enhance the overall fill and taste. So, we rolled with it in this recipe. I am sure you will enjoy it.

Chop Medium Onion & Saute In Instapot Until Clear

Until Browned

Cook Grass Fed Ground Beef

place in instapot and stir until browned with onions

3 minutes

Add Chopped Garlic & Spices

Add in Chopped Garlic, Cumin, Salt & Pepper

Add In Canned Diced Tomatoes & Aduki Beans

rinse & drain aduki beans before adding them

Add two cans of marinara sauce

Then cook for 12 minutes on manual
