I remember the first time I made this for the family…the boys eyes were huge when they saw it on their plates and my husband didn’t quite know how to attack it. BUT, I will tell you that it is now a great go-to because we all love it!

The main components of our roasted cabbage recipe are:

Cut your cabbage |

Put the slices on a cooking tray |

While on the tray, cover one side with Avocado Oil |

Put in oven on 400F for 20-25 minsSit, wait, let the aroma fill the air! You can also put other veggies or meat in the oven and let them cook at the same time. |
